Refund Policy
Jan Collection does not offer refunds for orders placed via our website. Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for items purchased online, provided you have a valid receipt. After 14 days, we will no longer accept exchange requests.

Eligibility for Exchange:
    •    The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
    •    Customers must contact us via email or Instagram prior to sending an item for exchange to confirm availability of the desired item.

Exchange Process:
    1.    Customers can either:
    •    Drop off the item at our shop at no additional cost, OR
    •    Opt to have the exchanged item shipped, with a £3.99 shipping fee payable by the customer.

Shipping Fees for Exchanges:
Our exchange shipping fee policy ensures transparency, accommodates logistical variations, and reflects carrier charges. This allows us to provide clear and accurate pricing to our customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Jan Collection is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. Such matters should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist with any information or guidance you may need. Please contact us via email or Instagram for support.

Shipping Policy

Processing and Dispatch:
    •    Orders take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch.
    •    UK orders are shipped via EVRI.
    •    International orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
Standard Tracked Shipping:
    •    Europe: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. (Delays may occur.)
    •    Other International Destinations: Orders usually take 1-3 weeks, with an average delivery time of 2 weeks. (Delays may occur.)

Weekend Orders:
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

Important Information:
    •    Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred upon the shipment’s arrival in their country.
    •    Local Collection Offices: In some countries, orders must be collected from local offices. Please use your tracking number to monitor the status and collect your order promptly. Failure to collect your package may result in the item being returned to Jan Collection. In such cases, we will issue a refund but will not re-ship the item.
    •    Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order but will not re-ship it.

UK Shipping
Delivery Times:
    •    Orders shipped Monday through Friday typically arrive within 3 business days.
    •    Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

All UK orders are shipped via EVRI, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
